Introduction

You can’t find more committed players in this age than our 2016 Travel Team’s boys and girls. Their love for soccer brought them to our academy at age six, and their hard work is already showing results in this young age.

Due to having some experienced soccer moms and dads in this team we have a chance of building an exceptional squad for the future.

The Head Coach of this team is ex professional player Richard Rabold, who took over the team’s management in the 2023-24 season.

Season Program

The 35 Weeks long Regular Season Program will weekly consist:

3 Soccer Practices;
1 Soccer Specific Speed & Conditioning;
1 Physio Therapy and Injury Prevention and
1 Goalkeeper Training (75 mins) session weekly
with Head Coach, Assistant Coach and Goalkeeper Coach.

Annually consist:

8 Friendly games;
9 tournaments that is mandatory for every player
11 optional tournaments that players can register to, or take the weekend off.

The goal is to create two full squads of travel teams under one umbrella for the 2024/25 Season.
The ‘A” and ‘B’ team’s roster would be in rotation based on the players’ actual weekly performance. The pool of ‘A’ and ‘B’ team players practice together with the Head and Assistant Coach, but based on their weekly practice attitude, work ethic and game performance, they are rotated in between the two rosters throughout the entire season.
With that being established, we will apply the professional European teams’ system, in which the underperforming athlete gets the same amount of playtime, but in the reserve group, and the players with the best work ethic are invited to the top team's roster. Using this method we can secure the playing time of each player, and in the same time make sure, competitive nature surrounds us throughout the whole season.
